Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day after payment has cleared.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon on a working day may be processed the following working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. 

2. Delivery Services

All consignments are sent using a signed-for service (e.g., Royal Mail Signed For, DPD, Parcelforce, or another tracked courier).

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery times are typically 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.

3. Delivery Responsibility & Disclaimer

Once your order has been handed over to the courier and you have received a tracking reference, the responsibility for the timely delivery of your parcel rests with the courier.

While we work with trusted delivery partners and monitor shipments, we cannot be held liable for delays, missed deliveries, or service disruptions caused by:

    • Courier network issues
    • Severe weather or natural events
    • Strikes or industrial action
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

If a delivery is delayed or goes missing, we will assist you in raising an investigation with the courier and work with them to resolve the issue.  In the case of a complete loss, we will resend the items on your order at no additional cost to you.

4. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

5. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK mainland.

For delivery to remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland), shipping times may be longer, and additional charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please sign for it as “damaged” where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

Any missing items must be reported to us within 3 working days of receipt so we can investigate.
